As your Soulwork/Dreamwork coach, we will dialogue about how to create and live a rich, expansive and unique life, based on your values and what you hold sacred. We will explore your vision, find out what nourishes you at the soul level and discover what exactly, ignites (or re-ignites) your spark. We will discuss how you feel and how you want to feel once you begin to reconnect and create a life that is uniquely yours.

By asking the questions - to which we all have the answers - you will find ways to shift and expand your perspective, alter the ways you see and think about life and examine the kinds of choices you make and why.  As this unfolds, you will begin to “see” your limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns and habitual choices, how they have impacted you in the past and why now is the time to release them. As you let go, you will have the space to create a fresh and unique vision, unencumbered, and of your own making.

This organic process allows for renewal, resilience and flexibility and offers you a way to reframe and learn from everything that unfolds in your life.  Together, we will create a “toolbox” for the excavation of your true Self that will allow you to to live at a newer, fuller and deeper level of engagement with life.
